Mafia: The Old Country – PS5

A return to the origins of organized crime — Mafia: The Old Country tells a new, prequel-style story set in early 20th-century Sicily.

Product Description

Mafia: The Old Country was developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K, releasing on PS5 in August 2025 as the newest entry in the long-running Mafia crime-drama series. Departing from the American settings of earlier entries, it tells a prequel-style origin story set in early 20th-century Sicily, exploring the roots of the Mafia itself through a new protagonist navigating loyalty, honor, and betrayal within the criminal underworld's birthplace.

The game continues the series' tradition of cinematic, character-driven storytelling wrapped around period-accurate historical detail, blending narrative-focused gameplay with the visceral action and moral complexity that has defined the Mafia franchise since its original 2002 debut.
