Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

• Nairobi and its suburbs — same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 3:00pm on a working day. Orders after the cut-off go out the next working day.
• Rest of Kenya — courier to your nearest agent or your door, typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Collect in person — free, from New Alnoor Exhibition, Shop 7, Second Floor, Taveta Road, Nairobi CBD, during opening hours. Tell us you are coming so the item is ready and tested.

What delivery costs

The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of the item, and it is confirmed with you before you pay — it also appears as a separate Delivery / Handling line on your receipt, so you can always see what you were charged. Collection from the shop is free.

For courier deliveries outside Nairobi, the courier’s own charges apply and are quoted to you up front. We do not add a mark-up to them.

Timelines are estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, courier backlogs, public holidays and incorrect or incomplete addresses all affect them. If a delivery is going to be late, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.

Stock shown on the site is our live shop stock, but in rare cases an item sells at the counter at the same moment it is ordered online. If that happens we will contact you immediately and offer the same model from incoming stock, an alternative, or a full refund — your choice.

Checking your order on delivery

• Check the item in front of the rider or courier agent before you accept it.
• Confirm the model, storage size and colour match your receipt, and that the seal is intact.
• Confirm the serial / IMEI on the box matches the one printed on your receipt — this is what your warranty is registered against.
• If anything is wrong or the packaging is damaged, do not accept it. Tell us the same day so we can put it right.

Risk, failed deliveries and tracking

Risk passes to you once the item is handed over and accepted. Until then, anything that happens in transit is ours to resolve — a device damaged or lost on the way to you is replaced or refunded in full.

If nobody is available at the address, or the phone number given is unreachable, the rider will attempt to reach you and then return the item to the shop. We will arrange redelivery; a second delivery charge may apply where the first attempt failed for reasons outside our control.
